Hui Min has a wide range of experience helping clients with variousmchallenges, She has worked with children and teenagers aged 1 to 18 years old, who have conditions such as autism, global developmental delay, developmental language disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and hearing impairment.

She has provided services in various educational programmes and settings – early intervention, preschools, special education schools, and primary schools. Besides providing 1-to-1 therapy services, she has experience with conducting group-based sessions such as social skills training classes for school-aged children. Within school settings, she has provided school-based intervention such as in-class support for her clients within the classrooms.

Hui Min believes strongly in collaborating closely with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for her clients. She enjoys coaching parents and teachers to equip them with useful strategies that they can practise with their child/ student on a day-to-day basis. She also believes in a strength based approach by identifying the strengths of her clients and incorporates that within her intervention sessions.

Hui Min is a clinical educator for students pursuing speech therapy as a profession, as well as being a clinical supervisor for junior speech therapists. She is a registered instructor with MOE, and also conducts workshops for MOE Special Education Needs Officers on supporting students with social-communication challenges. In addition, she is proficient in conducting training and regularly conducts courses for parents and teachers in areas such as speech, language, play, and social skills.
