Anuja holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Educational Needs from the Asian College of Teachers-European International University, Paris. She has also completed diplomas in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. Anuja has extensive experience working with both atypical children (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism) and typical children, ages 2 to 16, in various educational settings in Singapore, including preschools, mainstream schools, and international schools.

Anuja excels in managing and working with children facing various challenges with learning. She has extensive experience with employing effective learning and behavioral interventions. She is trained in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, Learning Skills and Engagement for Underperforming Students by Jensen Learning Corporation, and Auditory-Visual Interactive Decoding by the Child Guidance Clinic, Singapore. Additionally, she has completed training in ADHD and Related Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties by the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Recently, Anuja has attained certification as a Teletherapy Specialist, blending her skills and knowledge to make interventions both enjoyable and impactful for online sessions.Passionate about her role, Anuja adopts a holistic approach towards interventions and promotes active parental involvement to maximize learning outcomes. She believes strongly in empowering both the child and their family through parent coaching, providing support that extends beyond the classroom. Anuja is particularly interested in behavioral management and language and literacy development. As a parent to a 4-year-old child, Anuja is able to empathise with the challenges parents may face when dealing with their children.
